How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or just want to change it, you can reset it in a few easy steps.

🔐 Forgot Your Password?

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your inbox for a reset link (valid for 60 minutes)
5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

🔄 Want to Change Your Password While Logged In?

1. Open the VoltOne app
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Select Security Change Password
4. Enter your current password and the new one
5. Tap Save
