How to Permanently Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use VoltOne, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

⚠️ Before You Request Deletion

Deleting your account will:

• Erase your personal data from our systems
• Remove all associated VoltOne devices and settings
• Cancel any active subscriptions (non-refundable)
• Disable your access to the VoltOne app

📝 How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Visit our support request form
2. Select Privacy & Data Requests as the topic
3. Include the phrase "Request for Account Deletion" in your message
4. Use the email address associated with your account

🔐 Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

⏱️ Processing Time

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when the process is complete.
