We're currently investigating an issue affecting device sync speeds for some customers. This began on April 10 and appears to be related to recent backend updates.
π What We Know
- Devices may take longer than usual to sync with the app
- Data is not lostβit will sync automatically once connection stabilizes
- Only users on app version 1.5.9 or lower are affected
β Workaround
- Update to app version 1.6.0 (available now)
- Keep the app open and screen unlocked during syncing
