App Crashes or Freezes on Startup

If the VoltOne app crashes or becomes unresponsive, try these troubleshooting steps.

🧼 Step 1: Clear App Cache

Android:

1. Go to Settings Apps VoltOne
2. Tap Storage & Cache
3. Tap Clear Cache

iOS: Restart the app or reinstall it

⬆️ Step 2: Update the App

• Visit the App Store or Google Play
• Ensure you have the latest version installed

🔄 Step 3: Reinstall the App

• Delete the app
• Restart your phone
• Reinstall and log in again

If the issue continues, submit a ticket and include your phone model and OS version.
