If the VoltOne app can’t detect your device, follow these steps to reconnect.
🧭 Step 1: Confirm VoltOne Is On
- Press the power button and look for an LED indicator
- If no light appears, charge the device for 15 minutes and try again
📶 Step 2: Bluetooth Check
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Ensure the device is within 10 feet
🔁 Step 3: Reboot Everything
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again
- Restart the VoltOne app
- Restart your phone
🧼 Step 4: Clear and Re-pair
- Forget the device in Bluetooth settings
- Re-add it through the app pairing flow
If discovery still fails, submit a request with your phone and VoltOne model number.
