Error Code W-102: Firmware Update Failed

Error W-102 means your VoltOne was unable to complete a firmware update. Here's how to resolve it.

💡 What Causes This Error?

• Interrupted connection during update
• Battery level too low
• Corrupted download or timeout

🔧 How to Fix It

1. Charge your VoltOne to at least 50%
2. Restart both your VoltOne and the app
3. Try the update again from the app

🛠️ Still Not Working?

• Re-pair the VoltOne and attempt the update again
• Make sure you're within 5 feet of the device
