If your VoltOne isn’t syncing data to the app, try these troubleshooting steps:
🔗 Step 1: Check Connection
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Open the app and confirm the VoltOne is shown as "Connected"
📱 Step 2: Restart App and Device
- Force close the VoltOne app
- Restart your phone
- Reopen the app and check sync status
🛠 Step 3: Re-Pair the VoltOne
- Go to Settings Devices Remove
- Re-add your VoltOne from the main screen
