How to Reset Your VoltOne

If your VoltOne is acting up, a quick reset may fix the issue. Resetting the device will not erase your data or settings unless you perform a factory reset.

🔁 Soft Reset

Use this method to restart your VoltOne without losing any data:

1. Locate the power button on your VoltOne.
2. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
3. Release the button when the LED flashes red, then green.

Your VoltOne will automatically reboot and attempt to reconnect to your app.

🧽 Factory Reset

Use this method only if you are giving your VoltOne to someone else or starting fresh:

1. Hold the power button for 15 seconds until the LED blinks red three times.
2. Release the button.
3. The device will wipe all stored settings and reboot.

Note: You’ll need to re-pair the VoltOne with your app after a factory reset.
